Standard One Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Under normal use and conditions, TenXVI warrants all of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase. Shipping and handling fees incurred during the repair or replacement process shall be paid for by the customer. TenXVI reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product at its sole discretion and may provide a refurbished product of equal value in exchange and without charge (except for the aforementioned shipping and handling fees, which shall be paid for by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing an on original dated sales receipt unless the product purchase was previously registered with TenXVI. Furthermore, the warranty is limited to one (1) single replacement unless otherwise authorized by the manufacturer. To qualify for the warranty, all purchases must be made through TenXVI or an authorized retailer.
